What an amazing event! Jeff and Amy tied the knot this fall and their black tie wedding was one for the history books. Here is a peek at the design plan we created for them before we share the images from their big day later on!
A gold and white color palette with touches of champagne and crisp black details were the base of this entire design. With Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art as our backdrop we knew we needed to play on the modern and chic architecture and the warm lighting of the Great Hall.
A layout of the space was incredibly difficult to master due to the unique shape of the room. This is one of the first drafts, but the final design offered a huge wow factor! I can't wait for you to see it!
We chose linens and chairs to brighten and lighten the room. Ghost chairs and textured ivory linens were the perfect compliment to the rustic wooden space. So contemporary!
A chance to really tie in the gold - centerpieces. From tall and commanding lamps to low and lush florals, the gold details made the clean white flowers really shine.
Helllllo orchids! Gorgeous white orchids, peonies and roses were used to create the bouquets and centerpieces.
More gold? DUH! Gold rimmed place settings truly set these tables apart and the room glistened with just the right amount of sparkle. We opted for gold flatware, stemware and dishes with a solid gold charger as a base. Clean ivory napkins on top kept it totally classic.
